Remote / Work From Home - Junior Customer Service
Response and follow-up to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
Provide product information to customers.
Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions on improving customer service process and experience to Superior.
Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- College or University graduate.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in any customer service role.
- High stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on rotational shifting schedule, including weekend and public holidays.
- Own PC / Laptop with specifications : 8GB RAM or above, Intel Core i5 processor or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or above, and internet speed of at least 80mbps for work.
