What you'll be doing?

Manage operations : Oversee day-to-day air freight operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Malaysian regulations.

Coordinate logistics : Work closely with airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents to streamline logistics processes.

Handle documentation : Prepare and process essential documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Customer service : Provide quotations and negotiate rates, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lead and innovate : For Assistant Managers, lead a team, drive process improvements, and implement digital systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Who are they looking for?

Educational background : A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Experience : 2-8+ years in air freight forwarding operations, with proven supervisory and negotiation experience for Assistant Managers.

Skills : Strong knowledge of air cargo documentation, customs procedures, and air freight systems. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being an advantage.

Leadership : For Assistant Managers, leadership and team management capabilities are essential.
