Overview

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of the Danaher family, is dedicated to advancing laboratory science and improving patient lives through world‑class diagnostics. The Call Center Service Coordinator – SEA‑S (Singapore and Malaysia) is a customer‑support position located in Malaysia that will serve customers across the SEA‑S region remotely. This role reports to the Customer Support Manager, SEA.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various service activities, including Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Clinical Water System, Biohazard Waste Management System, and Compress Air system, to ensure comprehensive support is provided to clients.
  • Identify and connect clients with the Service team and resources to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of Service Contracts, Channel Partner inquiries, and Inventory Management System.

Qualifications

  • Education – Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Experience – At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within an international organization.
  • Required skill – Ability to evaluate and prioritize clients’ needs based on urgency and impact.
  • Remote Work

    This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement. Qualified candidates may work remotely from their home location. Additional information about the remote work arrangement will be provided during the interview process.
