We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our Marketing & Promotion Centre. This is a key role in shaping PIDC's visibility and reputation locally and internationally. You will take the lead in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing initiatives that drive student recruitment and strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing and promotional campaigns to meet student recruitment and enrolment targets.
• Develop new recruitment strategies and strengthen existing channels both locally and internationally.
• Represent PIDC at education fairs, school visits, and networking events including interstate and overseas travel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners and stakeholders to increase recruitment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and recommend new strategies for effective outreach.
• Oversee brand visibility through events, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Support and coordinate internal student engagement activities that enhance the college's profile.
• Ensure accurate reporting and database management for students, leads, and agents.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives.
