We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at XIN TONG LIAN PACKING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' in Melaka, Melaka. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Overseeing the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and meet their sales goals
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and content that showcase our products and services
- Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance metrics to continuously improve our strategies
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations and best practices
