As a Remote Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities include : Preparing cost estimates for building, road, and infrastructure projects. Calculating quantities based on drawings and specifications. Preparing Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and tender documentation. Conducting unit price analysis and comparing vendor / contractor quotations. Supporting project management in cost control and financial reporting. Coordinating online with engineering and admin teams. Menyusun Bill of Quantity (BoQ) dan dokumen tender. Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should have : At least a high school diploma (SMA / SMK or equivalent). Additional training or certification in construction / engineering is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in construction project support. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, or similar software (preferred but not mandatory).
