Ijazah dalam Kejuruteraan Civil dengan 3 tahun Pengalaman dalam Building Maintenance atau Diploma dalam kejuruteraan Civil dengan 5 tahun Pengalaman dalam Building Maintenance.

To assist Facility Manager on day-to-day activities.

To attend daily Operation Meeting with client in providing data and reports regarding all activities.

To inspect facilities periodically as per schedule to determine problems and all necessary maintenance to be done.

Prepare weekly & monthly maintenance schedules and allocate work for BM technician.

To supervise and train building maintenance technicians in doing repair or maintenance work.

To monitor daily and weekly inventory of materials and equipment to ensure no shortages occur and no machine breakdown.

To participate with client in coordination of projects (e.g., renovations)

To ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

To assist operation manager in preparing monthly activities report to submit to client .

To provide daily activity report to Facility Manager.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
