Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in planning and executing audit engagements under the supervision of senior auditors, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Perform detailed testing of financial statement line items, including verification of account balances, tracing transactions, and reviewing supporting documentation. Evaluate internal controls by identifying weaknesses and making recommendations for improvement to enhance the reliability of financial reporting. Prepare accurate and well-organized work papers that document audit procedures performed, findings, and conclusions, in compliance with firm standards. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and build strong working relationships throughout the audit process. Contribute to the preparation of audit reports, including drafting findings, recommendations, and management letters for client review. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, auditing regulations, and tax laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients. Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA finalists or Professional Degree.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of auditing principles and procedures.
- Exhibit knowledge of tax compliance regulations and reporting requirements in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in financial accounting concepts and internal controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with clients and team members.
