Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with customers, addressing basic inquiries and redirecting more complex questions to the appropriate department.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies.
