Responsibilities

  • Ensure the functions of purchasing & supplies, in compliance with the standards and procedures set out in the village and by the Regional Purchasing Department.
  • Validate and generate all orders and supplies.
  • Provide statistical support on Purchasing and Supplies to all Department heads to assist in their activities.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Purchasing Department for all purchasing and stock control activities of the village.

Candidate Profile

  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail, ensuring that every department has the equipment they require.
  • Organized and structured, managing and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative, working with different departments to contribute to overall success.
