Job Responsibilities

  • Produce educational video content for users, including procedure walkthroughs and instructional videos.
  • Use trending aesthetics, lighting techniques, transitions, and filming styles to create visually appealing content.
  • Apply colour correction software to adjust video colours for best visual effect.
  • Plan, research, create, and execute video content and production artwork for social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with Director and Customer Service to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts aligned with brand messaging.

Content Creation

  • Develop a content calendar for monthly scheduling of content.
  • Research, discover, and propose audience preferences and current trends.
  • Create engaging content to boost social media presence and drive metrics like engagement, reach, likes, shares, and comments.
  • Monitor and manage Facebook and TikTok accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging, timely responses, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Adjust content strategies based on data insights to optimize future posts and improve engagement.

    • Requirements

  • Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Marketing, Graphic Design, Videography or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in video production and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (preferred Mandarin communication).
  • Passion for videography, social media, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for Facebook and TikTok.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects or mobile video editing apps.
  • Proficiency in various special effects software to add subtitles, transitions, lighting, etc.
  • Proficiency in camera operation, including DSLR and digital video.
  • Ability to start immediately (advantage).
