PQC and OQC Personnel

Conduct first-piece and last-piece inspection and confirmation.

Perform in-process product quality patrol inspections and prepare quality records, ensuring accuracy in documentation.

Verify production process elements (man, machine, material, method).

Confirm returned materials during production.

Check production products against engineering specifications and work instructions; verify product identification and labeling.

Test product characteristics and confirm process characteristics during production.

Identify nonconforming products, track improvements, and verify product identification and status.

Supervise implementation of instrument / equipment inspections.

Inspect materials according to inspection standards or product drawings.

10.  Record inspection results; if nonconformities are found, report to the team leader for confirmation and handling.

11.  Complete daily patrol inspection reports, ensuring correctness of entries.

12.  Confirm, identify, and track nonconforming returned materials.

13.  Follow up on abnormal issue handling.

14.  Conduct and supervise instrument / equipment checks.

15.  Coordinate with the warehouse to prepare inspection standards in advance and promptly complete inspections and reports for incoming and outgoing products.

16.  Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements :

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Having own transport
• Must be able to read and write in Mandarin.
