To complete our team in SouthEast Asia, we are looking for a Research Manager to join our SEA team.

The Research Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing market research studies. This includes project scheduling and execution; questionnaire preparation and assistance with project design; reporting and analysis; client management; and serving as a liaison with internal and external operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all research projects tasks—questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, data processing guidance and interpretation of the data through reporting and analysis
  • Assists in the research design and proposal process and counsel with clients, to ensure successful and efficient project completion
  • Helps drive actionable results and insights from the data collected. Consult clients with tactical findings to address their business needs and wants.
  • Be the incumbent responsible for daily connection with clients from different industries
  • Ensures that all internal team members understand the projects’ expected outcomes, and monitors the progress of each project at each stage to secure the highest quality deliverables
  • Stay updated with the latest research tools and techniques
  • 4 to 6 years of marketing research experience.

Qualifications

  • A passion for brands, products and people.
  • An interest in interpreting numbers and turn data into actionable stories for clients
  • Good experience and knowledge across different research methodologies, from branding, innovation, pricing, segmentation and custom research.
  • Attention to detail, coupled with being able to identify broad, strategic implications.
  • Strong communication skills : oral and written.
  • Pro‑active and resourceful in problem solving.
  • Strong team player and team‑focused mindset.
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (SPSS is a strong plus).
