Lead the deployment of Better Together and Care Together programs to foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and well-being. Champion career development, internal mobility, and succession planning for key positions. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes with a human-centered approach. Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition platforms. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on talent development and staffing matters. Coordinate performance review exercises and ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings. Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and mental health support across the organization. Manage HR and training budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic alignment. Represent HR in employee committee engagements and liaise with PETRONAS on manpower reporting. Qualifications
A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Minimum 10–20 years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong knowledge of HR processes, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Passionate about employee well-being, inclusion, and continuous learning. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HR4U). Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and drive impactful change.
