Legal Counsel - New Law Provider

Overview

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Corporate M&A Associate / Senior Associate to join the in-house legal team of a dynamic, Singapore-based New Law provider. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Legal Counsel to join a tech-enabled, entrepreneurial team driving transformation in the legal industry. You\'ll play a critical role advising on legal matters, being part of key internal projects, and fostering growth. The successful candidate will have : Provide legal advice in corporate M&A and related corporate commercial matters as part of the in-house team. Support internal projects and liaise with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership. Qualifications

At least 4 years post-qualification experience at an international or leading local law firm. Qualification in

Malaysia

or another commonwealth jurisdiction. Proven experience within either a corporate commercial environment or an M&A environment. Excellent communication and client-management skills, and the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders. Please only apply if you are currently based in
