Overview
Lead a team of production workers, ensuring products are manufactured according to the production schedule, cost, quality, and yield standards.
Assist the Operations Manager in managing and training staff, as well as handling processing and finished goods during operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records that remain traceable.
- Optimize manpower utilization to minimize bottlenecks in production lines.
- Monitor and verify material accuracy, ensuring proper control, storage, and segregation.
- Continuously improve and maintain product quality.
- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of production operators.
