Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate, Diploma, Degree in related field
• Energetic and committed candidates with experience on complex commercial strata development and having a good track record on approval process by the authorities and willing to learn.
• Strong understanding of strata titles, cadastral surveying principles. Familiar with construction and architectural plans.
• Proficient in using technical and strata software
• Ability to interpret technical information accurately
• Candidates without above prerequisites need not apply. Salary will commensurate with experience and skill.
