Lead Engineer, Engine Integration

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development in meeting vehicle targets, regulations, manufacturing, aftermarket service and market requirements. Lead the adoption and development of engineering specifications related to engine integration design. Research, strategize and lead the implementation of technology. Support Procurement and Quality departments in assessing potential suppliers through technical assessments and plant audits. Advise team and other functional heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of product, manufacturing, and quality. Cost Management Lead the management of BOM and component and system design changes or new development to meet technical requirements and within target cost. Lead the continuous VAVE efforts through design-to-cost, benchmarking and assessment of potential competitive suppliers. Quality Management Become a key member of APQP team in quality management for new projects. Lead improvements based on feedback from the market, production assembly and aftermarket service. Lead and develop SOP and engineering specifications and manage ISO related documentations. Project Management Manage the implementation of components and systems for new projects. Manage, build rapport, and ensure all design and development aspects with internal and external were communicated, delivered, and resolved. Unlock job insights
