About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented System Implementor to join our team. In this full-time, Kota Kinabalu based role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our critical IT systems and infrastructure to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Install, configure, and test new IT systems and software applications
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing IT systems and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related issues
  • Develop and document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of IT systems and applications

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar system implementation or IT support role
  • Strong technical skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT systems and applications
  • Proficient in networking technologies, including TCP / IP, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support end-users
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in IT, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA, would be an advantage
