Job Responsibilities
Received customer PO and returned acknowledgment of the receipt of the purchase order to the customer.Analyse purchase order (selling price, revision, quantity, incoterm term, delivery date, payment terms, and currency) by meeting the Navision standard prior to entering the system.Discuss with the planner the feasibility of the delivery date requested by the customer; otherwise, counterpropose an alternative date to the customer.Provide the Shipment demand plan after discussion with the customer.Receive / Request forecast from customer.Analyse the forecast accuracy versus actual sales.Report the analysis to the related departments, Sales & Marketing, and Material HOD.Review with the customer on the forecast accuracy.Ensure prompt response to customers' inquiries, complaints, etc.Work closely with Sales & Marketing to understand and prioritize customers' requirements.Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Degree in any field.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be offered.Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin - to deal with Chinese client.Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.Effective communication with customers and internal staff is necessary.Both verbal and intuitive communication abilities are essential.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is required.Strong time management skills are essential, particularly for on-time delivery.Our Benefit
