Job Description : 1.Involved in deployment and appointment of sea staff 2.Organized and prepare crew change plan 3.Preparation and arrangement of crew signing on and off including transportation, meal, accommodation whenever required 4.Maintaining all sea staff’s document be as per STCW compliance and additionally as per charterer’s requirement 5.To monitor on-board sea staff tour of duty per charterer’s requirement 6.Maintaining personal records / database of all sea staff 7.Maintaining proper filing for the department
