WSM MEDIC Sdn Bhd is a leader in medical technology, offering cutting-edge solutions in the healthcare industry. As part of our growing SALES team, we're looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to fill the role of Clinical & Sales Support, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Requirements :

  • Based in P.J. Selangor. Prefer 1-2 years working experience as Sales person or OT Scrub Nurse in Medical or Hospital sector.
  • Fresh Graduate with Medical Science, Nursing, Medical Imaging or related Science Degree are welcome to apply.
  • Must possess own car with a valid driving license.
  • Ability to travel outstation is a must. Occasional work on weekends, public holiday, and work extra hours when necessary. (Allowance available)
  • Able to work in Hospital Setting / Operating Theatre environment.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Science, Medical Science, Nursing or Science related educational background.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain cutting-edge minimally invasive treatment device. Attend procedures (surgeries) in Hospital, provide technical advice doctors and nurses on-site during procedure to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Promote range of company's medical / surgical products to our customers in hospitals. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company in given territory through effective sales call planning and territory management.
  • Organize product presentations, live demonstrations, and workshops to potential customers in the hospitals.
  • Commit to travel when the need arises.

    • Special incentive from WSM MEDIC

    a) Attend Case / Surgery' Commission – average RM100 / case.

    b) Ability to earn up to RM1,200 – RM3,000 "Attend Case" Commission monthly based on performance.

    c) Week-end Work Allowance : RM100.00 day.

    d) Medical & Hospitalization Insurance Coverage

    e) Yearly company trip

    f) Yearly bonus
