About the job Sales & Product Marketing Manager (TCM)

Company Background : (TCM) Healthcare & Wellness

Salary : RM 8,000 RM 10,000

Working Day : Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement GTM strategies for new and existing products.
Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) during product launches.
Ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and market demands.
Set sales targets and drive sales performance to meet revenue goals.
Identify growth opportunities through new markets, channels, or customer segments.
Work with the sales team to optimize the sales funnel and customer journey.
Craft and refine product messaging that highlights key differentiators and value propositions.
Adapt messaging by segment, industry, or geography.
Ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints (website, brochures, ads, etc.).

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.

Monitor competitor strategies and performance to inform positioning and pricing.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, trade, and events.

Align marketing efforts with product sales cycles.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics as needed.

Create sales tools (brochures, case studies, decks, training materials).

Train sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and objection handling.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

At least 3years of experience in Sales, Product Marketing, or a combined commercial role.

Proven track record in product launches, revenue growth, and B2B / B2C marketing.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with sales, product, and marketing groups.

Language Proficiency : Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malay is advantageous due to the nature of the industry.
