Executive - HR Employee Services at Genting Malaysia Berhad involves organizing large-scale employee events and managing employee welfare facilities in a leading multinational leisure and hospitality company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Organizing tournaments, carnivals, shopping trips, events, and activities for nearly 12,000 employees
- Coordinating event planning including refreshments, menu, third-party vendors and suppliers, entertainers, and venue decorations
- Ensuring smooth execution of all employee events
- Managing operations and maintenance of the employee canteen and laundry regularly
- Promoting employee welfare through effective service management
