We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team at SHF Services (M) Sdn Bhd in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and progressive company.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer information
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Relevant diploma / degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and basic graphic design tools
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
