Primary English Teacher

About the Role

As an English educator in our Primary division (KS1 / 2), you will play a key role in developing students' ability to think critically, express themselves confidently, and engage meaningfully with literature and language. You will design engaging, student-centered lessons that build strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills—laying a solid foundation for their IGCSE English journey. You will guide students to explore diverse texts, appreciate themes of truth, identity, and purpose, and connect language learning with real-world communication and core values that shape responsible, thoughtful individuals. Your role is vital in nurturing students into thoughtful readers, articulate writers, and compassionate communicators.

Who are we looking for individuals with :

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international or Cambridge setting.
• A solid understanding of classroom management strategies and school protocols.
• Familiarity with Cambridge English content, assessment rubrics, and tracking student progress.
• Proficiency in digital tools and classroom technology to enhance instructional delivery.
