Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales targets for all partners according to management
- Ensure all programs that area made run well in all partners and program sales targets can be met
- Managing and cultivating relationships with key accounts (including : Product Manager / Buyer, Sales Operations team, Store team) to ensure long - term relationships
- Ensure all field teams follow directions from management
- Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners
- Assisting the field team training and refreshment training process with partners
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly review with partners
Qualifications
Have minimum 3 years working experience as a Retail or Modern Channel salesStrong interpersonal and communication skills in English.Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actionsSeniority level
