- Recruitment Management : Develop and execute recruitment plans for various roles, manage the anchor team, handle employee issues.
- Compensation and Benefits Management : Administer compensation and benefits plans.
- Compliance with Labor Laws : Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws, handle employee contracts and regulations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Management : Oversee onboarding, assist with offboarding, manage attendance and employee files.
