Responsibilities
- Articulate architectural vision, strategy & direction, conceptualizing and experimenting with new / alternative architectural approaches, create and test design models, software frameworks & utilities tools.
- Develop, implement & manage departmental software development framework, policies, guidelines and best practices.
- Lead & guide project teams comprising of Application Developers.
- Gather stakeholder business requirements & translate into IT technical specifications.
- Provide direction and support to project managers & project team members and ensure that duties, responsibilities, authority and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
