Role : Customer Service Executive (English / Bahasa Speaker) – MAG (Malaysia Airlines)

Location : Ara Damansara

Work Days : 24-hour rotational shift

Department : Inbound

Contract : 2 years (renewable)

Basic Salary : RM2,500

KPI Allowance : RM300

Night Shift Allowance : RM200

Support Channel : Inbound Calls / Emails

Customer Base : Malaysia (local)

Jobscope :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests related to the MAG project.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Ensure high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system.
  • Work closely with team leaders and other departments to improve service processes.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Contract length : 24 months

Pay : RM2,500.00 per month
