Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in web‑based development, ideally within the telecom sector Proven experience in GIS web development using web mapping JavaScript libraries (e.g., Leaflet) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration Working knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Cassandra) Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PHP, Bash, or PowerShell Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently Skilled in building trust and confidence with stakeholders through high‑quality and timely deliverables Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast‑paced telecom environment, with agility to adapt swiftly to evolving technologies, shifting requirements, and tight delivery timelines Flexibility to work across multiple time zones based on project needs Proficiency in speaking and reading Mandarin is required to effectively support stakeholders and operations in the Taiwan region
Telecom Solutions Engineer
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role : Telecom Solutions Engineer
What You’ll Do
- Review technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders to recommend optimal solutions aligned with customer needs
- Participate in all technical aspects of product implementation, including end-to-end deployment of Amdocs solutions
- Serve as a customer‑facing representative throughout all project lifecycle phases, including onsite engagements
- Deliver post‑deployment training sessions and workshops to drive product adoption and effective usage
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with R&D to resolve functional and performance‑related concerns
- Support pre‑sales activities, including proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance team productivity and individual efficiency
