The Executive Assistant – Administration Services delivers high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within an educational institution. This role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, preparing statutory documents, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory policies. A major focus of this role includes managing contracts, procurement processes, partnerships, and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide executive-level support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Oversee general administrative operations and office management.
- Prepare and maintain key documents such as compliance reports, policies, and statutory paperwork.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, service agreements, and documentation to ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage contract lifecycles.
- Track, renew, and maintain accurate records of all contracts and agreements.
- Support procurement, budget tracking, invoice processing, and reporting aligned with internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
