Sales Manager, Edible Oils Trading – Bunge

The purpose of the role is to drive the business growth of edible oils products of Food Solutions in Asia Pacific and ensure customer satisfaction by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and develop businesses independently with existing and new customers, for both flex tank and packaged oils in Asia Pacific countries, including softseed and tropical oils and specialty oils & fats.
- Responsible for developing new customers and markets for the assigned territories.
- Responsible for delivering business plan of assigned portfolio and territories.
- Manage edible oils projects with global customers and key accounts.
- Responsible to work with Bunge team globally to source the product and commercialize in the responsible territories including third-party suppliers.
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams for new product development, customer product approval, specification matching, sampling, and pricing.
- Engage with origin trading and research teams to understand supply and demand.
- Generate business leads from own research, industry events and customer visits.
- Responsible for sales forecast and other commercial records, including CRM tools.
- Monitor contract execution and credit risk by working with operations team and troubleshoot when needed.
- Manage customer complaints with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree.Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sales or trading of softseed and tropical oils.Strong communicator, proficiency in English and one Asian language.Entrepreneurial with strong customer ownership & troubleshooting mindset.Good data analytical skill with strength in Microsoft Excel.Seniority Level
