Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers through high-quality service and technical support.
- Act as the main contact during implementation, coordinating requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with Product, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of onboarding, system setup, and go-live.
- Collaborate with Regional Office / Head Office on complex or multi-country implementation projects.
- Ensure regular communication and progress reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Technical / Project Management
Plan and manage end-to-end client implementation projects within scope, time, and budget.Coordinate system testing, UAT, and production cutover with clients and internal teams.Provide timely and sound technical guidance and troubleshooting to resolve issues raised by clients.Prepare and maintain implementation documents, setup forms, and testing scripts.Support post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Monitor issues and develop recommendations to prevent recurrence or mitigate future risks.Risk, Control & Compliance
Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly to meet customer requirements.Support risk management by ensuring all implementations comply with MUFG policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Conduct and document testing of systems and processes to minimize operational failure.Prepare reports on project progress, risk issues, and business development updates as required.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, system changes, products, and applicable laws / regulations.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Client Implementation, or Cash Management.Proven track record in system integration, client onboarding, and technical project delivery.Good understanding of cash management, payments, collections, liquidity, and connectivity channels (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, ISO 20022).Experience working with regional teams or multi-country implementations preferred.Skills & Attributes
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong technical troubleshooting ability.Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of risk and control requirements.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint).Team player with proactive, adaptable, and client-focused attitude.Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
