Key Account Support Executive

Responsibilities :

• Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in handling operational and administrative tasks.
• Act as the primary communication liaison between key customers and internal teams.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance brand loyalty and competitiveness.
• Process price changes, listing forms, and promotional submissions accurately and on time.
• Coordinate internally with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
• Track promotional implementation and send proof of execution where required.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate out-of-stock issues to relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, contracts, and pricing agreements.
• Prepare sales reports and monthly performance trackers as required.
• Conduct market and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.
