We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented APAC Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will be responsible for working internationally with the finance teams across APAC.
This role is pivotal in supporting decision-making through robust financial planning, insightful analysis, and the development of dynamic reporting tools using Power BI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in FP&A, financial modelling, and data visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys make a difference and build the future of the Finance function.
Further responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, seeking explanations for deviations, and supporting the annual budgeting process. The role also entails to understand our reporting systems, proposes uniformity, and taking a lead in process improvement projects. Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare management reports and draw out actionable insights from financial data.
- Analyse financial performance, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly actual vs. budget (vs. forecast) reports and produce variance analyses, effectively communicating key takeaways.
- Revenue tracking, and business performance analysis.
- Support monthly closing activities and other accounting related tasks.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across APAC markets.Partner with business teams to understand performance drivers and provide financial guidance.Define (new) key performance metrics for the organization, align with different groups of stakeholders, and execute the change.Manage end-to-end special projects (e.g. problem definition, hypothesis testing) and implement change.Develop & maintain financial models to support initiatives and scenario planningParticipate in new initiatives, driving process improvements & efficiency.Act as a finance business partner with business leaders.Power BI Solution Design
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified reporting platforms.Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.FP&A Expertise : Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.Power BI Proficiency : Skilled in designing and deploying Power BI dashboards and data models.Financial Modelling : Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling techniques.Business Acumen : Understanding of business operations and strategic priorities.Communication : Clear and concise communication of financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.Collaboration : Ability to work effectively across departments and with senior leadership.Problem Solving : Willingness to get into the details, understand the topics at hand, and provide solutions.Expected Professional Behaviours

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA / CFA preferred).3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.Self-motivated with good interpersonal & communication skills.Proven experience with Excel, Power BI, and financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar).English fluency required; Mandarin or another regional language is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
