Responsibilities

• Able to operate CNC Milling Machine and complete the programming & setting-up with minimum guidance
• Responsible to execute machine trouble shooting and improvement process
• Able to work closely with production team to increase productivity and save production cost
• Able to rectify problem and reduce waste in production
• Trouble shoot technical and product quality concern
• Able to work independently
• Able to understand and interpret engineering drawing

Requirements

• Familiar with Fanuc Controller, Siemens Controller, Mitsubishi Controller and Heidenhain Controller
• Familiar with MasterCAM
• Min SPM qualification or higher
• Able to work in shift
• Candidate must be a hands-on and highly independent self-motivated individual
