We are seeking a

Lead Researcher

with a strong background in blockchain and cryptocurrency to spearhead in-depth research and analysis on digital assets, decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain protocols, and emerging industry trends. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Bjak’s strategy, influencing product development, and ensuring that our offerings align with the latest advancements in the crypto space. The ideal candidate is an analytical and forward-thinking blockchain expert with a passion for producing high-quality research, identifying new opportunities, and driving thought leadership within the industry. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research on blockchain technologies, market trends, and their impact on financial services. Develop and publish in-depth reports with unique insights and actionable recommendations. Formulate original theses on blockchain trends and technologies, supporting strategic decision-making. Monitor and analyze key industry developments, producing timely reports on emerging opportunities and risks. Engage with industry stakeholders, including investors, developers, and blockchain experts, to validate research findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders, to align research insights with business objectives. Represent Bjak at industry events, conferences, and on social media, enhancing our visibility and thought leadership in the blockchain community. Requirements

Proven experience in blockchain research , with a track record of high-quality publications or reports. Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and distributed ledger technologies. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking abilities, and independent research capabilities. Experience working with blockchain metrics, data sources, and analytical tools. Remote work flexibility
