SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL

Senior QAQC Executive or Asst Manager needed for a new Cosmetic Manufacturing Plant in Kedah.

To develop, review, and implement SOPs in accordance with GMP and Halal requirements.

Review and approve finished product batch records and quality documentation for the release of finish product.

Conduct internal audits and prepare the site for external regulatory inspections.

Time to time liaise with NPRA, Halal authorities, and certification bodies, support external and internal audits, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Overseeing quality control (QC) or IPQC activities to ensure compliance with product specifications and safety standards.

Ensure compliance with QMS standards and NPRA and ASEAN Cosmetic guidelines.

Monitor product quality trends and initiate corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement of QAQC processes.
