Job Purpose
To lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions across INK Marketing, ensuring the HR department supports business growth through effective people strategies, culture development, talent retention, and operational HR excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Human Resource Leadership
- Partner with top management to align HR initiatives with company goals, structure, and operational demands.
- Develop and execute long-term HR strategies covering workforce planning, succession, performance, and retention.
- Act as internal HR advisor to department heads for organizational design, manpower deployment, and people challenges.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead full-cycle recruitment including headcount planning, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, and onboarding.Oversee employee learning, leadership development, and talent pipeline planning.Identify gaps in capabilities across departments and develop upskilling programs accordingly.Employee Relations & Culture
Foster a positive work environment and strong company culture through engagement initiatives and feedback loops.Guide employee relations including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution aligned with labor law.Promote trust, transparency, and consistent HR communication across teams.Performance Management & Rewards
Oversee the implementation of KPI frameworks, performance review processes, and salary benchmarking exercises.Review and update compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.Provide insights to support bonus structures, retention strategies, and career development frameworks.HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with the Employment Act, IR Act, and other statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).Supervise HR documentation, employee files, digital systems, and payroll coordination.Lead and mentor HR team members (Senior Executive, Executive, Assistant), ensuring operational excellence.(Apply now at #J-18808-Ljbffr
