Job Description

The Graduate Talent Programme is designed for outstanding graduates to give their careers a head‑start with a 24‑month structured programme. It offers exposure from front to back office of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, helping you build a strong banking foundation and achieve your career goals in the banking industry.

Requirements

• You are graduating by 6 July 2026 (Start Date of GTP 2026).
• Undergraduate / Postgraduate with satisfactory results in any discipline (Accounting, Banking, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Islamic Banking, etc.).
• You have less than 2 years of working experience as of 6 July 2026.
• You demonstrate a strong passion for the banking industry.
• You possess outstanding extracurricular/internship achievements.
• You exhibit strong leadership with a penchant for problem‑solving and embracing new challenges.
• Open‑minded and able to work with colleagues from diverse cultures.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
