Purchasing Executive

Job responsibilities :

• To confirm price with vendors if the items last purchase is more than 6 months, issue PO, follow up delivery.
• To send the enquiries to vendors, once receive the quote or technical information required, will follow up with the related requestor, confirm the information with requestor, provide to vendors and finalize the pricing and order lead time. Submit to related requestor.
• To request supporting document (eg : PR or Complete Job Sheet) from related requestor (QA / QC,DPE & Service Team) if Purchasing receive Invoice from the vendors, Issue PO, submit document to finance for payment process.
• To arrange plates deliver to related vendors as per Production information (Plate schedule), follow up with job progress and arrange for collection.
• To request subcon to provide Invoice & DO after job done, Issue PO.
• To send Enquiries, confirm lead time, Incoterms, HS Code, estimate weight & packing dimension, Form E (For China Supplier), Price negotiation, Issue PO once all information is firm. Pass to Logistic Original PO for payment process / transportation arrangement, follow up with vendors & logistic the PO status / delivery schedule. Confirm with team when item arrived.
• Under Warranty / Replacement - When there is issue with goods received - confirm with requestor, request for photos, reason & report. Submit to vendor and follow up until issue resolve.
• To issue PO to vendors.
• To follow up on the delivery.
• To update the status / progress to the related requestor when needed.
