  • Managing upgraded SQL Accounting and SQL Stocks Control.
  • Accounting tasks i.e. bank statement reconciliation, company's day to day accounting records, stock balance records, issuing of payment vouchers, issuing of invoices, issuing of receipts, preparing aging lists and monitoring collection.
  • Organize and file receipts, invoices, payment vouchers and other relevant documents for audit and tax purposes.
  • Managing rewards, sponsorships and product samples for specialist doctors, hospital events, doctors' events, public healthcare events and trade shows.
  • Assist with daily packing of stocks, arrange collections and deliveries with courier company and
  • monitoring transportation of goods from manufacturers / vendors / ingredient suppliers.

    • All tasks relevant to general administration and finance.
    • REQUIREMENTS

    • No experience necessary.
    • Detail oriented, organized and a neat person.
    • Have high expectation of own self's performance, personal principle to complete task in time,
    • have a sense of urgency and have a concern for details in carrying out given tasks.

    • Have a passion for travelling and enjoys indoor as well as outdoor work.
