Penerangan pekerjaanProven notable work experience in baking and pastry background. Ability to create new recipes based on trend and to own uniqueness. Excellent leadership skills. Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills. Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products. Knowledge of sanitation regulations. Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment. Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field is a plus. Culinary school degree / diploma is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
- Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections by following set recipes.
- Ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Keeping records relating to inventory and production levels.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Leading and training staff members.
