Overview

To lead and implement people-side change strategies for transformation projects across the Group. This role ensures new systems, processes, and behaviors are adopted successfully by engaging key stakeholders, delivering effective communication, and providing hands-on education and training to frontline and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end change management plans — including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption metrics.
  • Work with site leadership, functional heads, and frontline supervisors to implement behavioral and operational changes aligned with transformation priorities.
  • Design and deliver simple, practical learning materials and on-site sessions (e.g. SOP walkthroughs, role-specific training, system introduction, townhalls).
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to prioritize areas requiring focused support or resistance mitigation.
  • Build and maintain a network of change champions across plants, warehouses, and key departments to cascade key messages and gather feedback.
  • Develop tailored communication content (e.g. slides, posters, videos, newsletters) to support awareness and engagement at all levels.
  • Track and report adoption KPIs, issue logs, and stakeholder feedback to guide leadership decision-making.
  • Support leadership engagement sessions, training roadshows, onboarding workshops, and team check-ins to reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Create and manage simple education toolkits (guides, FAQs, role maps) for different user groups (e.g. production line, supervisors, planners).
  • Maintain change execution documentation, plans, and engagement records for audit and reporting.
  • Perform any other duties assigned in relation to transformation, education, and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Communication, Industrial Psychology, or Business.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI®, ACMP, Kotter) is an added advantage.
  • At least 6 years of experience in change management, transformation execution, or capability-building.
  • Experience designing and delivering basic training, coaching sessions, or SOP walkthroughs directly to non-office-based employees (e.g. operators, warehouse staff).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or plant-based working environments is essential.
