Duties and Responsibilities : To involve, handle and improve 5S audit across departments Follow up on the PSS and involve in execution of the PSS Conduct time study for new or existing process to find opportunities for improvement Assist in supporting to develop or complete the SOP and have final review with HOD Assist in developing working instructions for every department To be part of the Jedi Program as a trainer Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Skill Sets Required : Attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, basic Excel skills.

Can understand and interpret the instructions given.

Have good self discipline and punctuality.

Having basic knowledge on cycle time and lean approach.

High interest in doing warehouse improvement based on a lean approach.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree / Master's Degree in any related field Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills An excellent team player Working experience in warehousing is preferred Proficient in excel or other data tools Other Requirements : We would like to seek someone with high determination and have good problem solving skills  besides fulfilling the  supervisor's needs on a daily basis.
