Penerangan pekerjaanAt least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. 3-5 years of working experience in related fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of IT system operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Self-motivated, multitasking abilities, and a team player with a fast learner. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required skill(s) : Azure, Windows & Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS) Proficiency in administrating and troubleshooting Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud Computing services and framework. Hands-on experience in system infrastructure setup, familiar with Azure Apps Service, MS-SQL, MySQL, and Multi-Zones for HA deployment. Experience in administrating and troubleshooting web application server likes IIS, Ngix, LitePT Experience in troubleshooting Azure-related issues, including networking, security, storage, and performance. Scripting Abilities : Ability to script using Bash & Shell SSL Certificate Management and Lifecycle : Understanding of SSL certificate management and best practices. Data Backup : Experience in implementing data backup strategies. DNS Management and Concepts : Knowledge of DNS management and related concepts. Server Hardening : Understanding of server hardening techniques to enhance security. A strong desire to deliver top-quality results with a passion for technology coupled with a keen interest in new technologies and open source. Excellent problem-solving ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Highly organized, disciplined, great problem solver and adept at multi tasking & prioritizing deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
We are seeking an System Administrator (AZURE Cloud) to join our dynamic ICT team and provide administration and operational support for our critical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high availability, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing preventive measures to ensure a stable and efficient IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for setup, maintenance and architecture of Cloud platform and environment.
- Understand, implement, and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
- Deploy networking and securing technologies in cloud environments.
- Monitor platform and identify performance issues proactively.
- Provide operational support based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the smooth functioning of critical systems / Servers.
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
- Maintain High Availability of Servers and Systems to meet the demands of our operations.
- Follow patch management practices and deploy patches to keep our systems up to date and secure.
- Conduct periodic reviews as per internal policies to assess the effectiveness of our infrastructure and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors, actively participating in new IT project meetings and discussions.
