PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Senior Executive – Tenant Management is responsible for securing sustainable sales and growth of income for MyTOWN Shopping Centre by ensuring full collection of tenant monthly sales reports, sales analysis, and formulation of improvement plans. The role monitors and maintains all tenant documents and correspondence, and builds long‑term relationships between tenants and the landlord.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
Manage day‑to‑day business relationships with partners and tenants, including operational issues.Act as first‑contact support for the shopping centre, promptly responding to tenants’ enquiries, feedback and complaints, and escalating them to related departments for resolution.Establish and maintain a comprehensive, up‑to‑date tenants database and filing system for sales information, licences, insurances, agreements and other correspondence.Collect and update tenant monthly sales reports (average submission rate : 95%) and yearly audited sales reports.Monitor tenant sales to ensure achievement of budgeted forecast sales.Perform tenant sales performance analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights to the Centre Management Team and Service Office.Transform sales data analysis into marketing strategy and business improvement initiatives.Collaborate with other departments to improve tenant sales as necessary.Draft memos, circulars and approval letters related to tenants for the department.Support operations if a tenant is not adhering to the mall’s House Rules, Agreements or required manuals, recommending an approach toward the tenant.Assist in organising tenant briefings, meetings, trainings and engagement events.Perform any other ad‑hoc assignments assigned by management.Qualifications
Certificate or advanced Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related fields.Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in shopping centre management, leasing or tenant coordination.Motivation

2‑3 years of experience in leasing administration within a shopping centre environment.Strong communication, presentation and time‑management skills.Knowledge of property management or tenancy agreements.Basic understanding of operations and technical systems related to tenants.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with tenants and partners.Attention to detail, speed and efficiency in performing job duties.Ability to manage tasks simultaneously, prioritise tasks and monitor progress for timely delivery.Capable of preparing and coordinating all leasing‑related materials for events and conferences related to the shopping centre.Effective and eloquent communicator with good verbal and written proficiency in English and a second language (Chinese and / or Bahasa Malaysia).Proficient with MS Office and other office applications.Capabilities
