What’s the role? As a Cloud Solution Architect, you shape the future of Hilti’s Marketing and Sales integration platform. Your role will be to design secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that drive operational excellence and enable seamless customer interaction with Hilti across our physical and digital channels. You provide technical guidance and craft directions for building the future‑ready architecture, along with implementing best practices and the latest cyber‑security standards.

What does the role involve? In close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, you define end‑to‑end integrations in the Marketing and Sales middleware, connecting core systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) and exposing cloud services to internal and customer‑facing applications. You understand stakeholders’ needs, explain risks and trade‑offs, and evaluate and design scalable cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring compliance with security and architecture standards. You guard the integrity of the architecture by balancing innovation, technical feasibility, sustainability, and agile delivery, while identifying potential improvements of the existing landscape.
