Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success. Conduct feasibility studies for new projects to assess technical and financial viability. Perform cost analysis and budget planning for process improvements and new initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with R&D teams to identify innovative solutions for process enhancement and project development. Create comprehensive documentation for new processes, standard operating procedures, and project guidelines. Provide training and support to team members to ensure successful implementation and adherence to new processes. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Proactively identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements and lead initiatives to drive positive change. Ensure that all processes and projects comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field). A Master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in process improvement, project management, or related engineering roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in using project management tools and techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards. Innovative mindset with a passion for driving positive change and implementing new technologies. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary : As an Engineer - Process and Project Development, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and projects within the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and leading projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Process Analysis and Improvement
- Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase output quality.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and quality teams to gather insights and implement changes effectively.
